Where Else Can We Go? Sunday, March 6, 2022

“To whom shall we go? You have the words of eternal life.” Times were tough among the followers of Jesus. Their numbers had dwindled quickly from hundreds to a handful, and Jesus asks his twelve closest disciples if they don’t want to leave also. The words of Peter’s response show that at this early stage and in these difficult days he has already been transformed by Jesus. Peter knows Jesus is the source of eternal life, and Peter is not going anywhere.
