What is the role and purpose of Sunday worship? Few would argue against the primary purpose being to glorify God. That purpose guides us to prepare services that engage all who are present in authentic worship. So, we must be mindful of the others who worship with us and be willing to be uncomfortable so that they may be fully engaged in worship. We are called to switch our mindset from “What do I like?” to “What engages those present in glorifying God?”
