I AM the Lamb of God Sunday, April 5, 2026

“Behold the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world!” This is the introduction to Jesus in the Gospel of John. This identification of Jesus as the Lamb of God come again in Revelation 5. The Lamb of God, showing all the signs of having been sacrificed, is found worthy to open the scroll of the book of life because he purchased all whose names are written there. We gather today to praise God for his glorious plan, and we declare, “Worthy is the Lamb who was slain.”
